    Whenever we see a Deputy Director, something happens to take the Director off the screen (the first director was only shown twice, once was him retiring, Vance turned up a few episodes before Shepard got bumped off). Rocky Carroll has something like 2 more years on his contract, so I’d assume it won’t be a hit on him, but maybe his family? Isn’t that Vance’s house in the stills for 10×12?

    The “most vulnerable colleagues” at NCIS (that we know about) are the non-Special Agents Abby, Ducky and Palmer…maybe something happens in Autopsy?

    Whenever the Mossad appear, something bad seems to happen.

    The next week can’t go fast enough, I’ve nearly finished re-watching Season 8 and will probably have caught up with the series (again) by the time 10×11 airs.

    Another thing: Shiva is the embodiment of destruction in the Hindu trinity (Brahma – the creator, Vishnu – the protector, Shiva – the destroyer). If the writers have done their jobs right (and they usually do), something really bad could be on the cards.

    Shiva is when someone dies in the jewish religion they sit shova for a week. It sounds like they are killing off eli david ( i liked him so sad) they might want to close that chapter but i am not sure how this will shake the team. I am looking forward to tony/ziva stuff but it will be a good episode it always is when ever her family shows up.
